I specialize in braids but overall HAIR is my Gift , My Passion and I enjoy making my clients feel and look beautiful . •💕Thank you so much for choosing to book Thairapy by Cerby 💅🏾 Please Read carefully before booking 💕 ‼️ ALL clients are required to wear a mask‼️ 🎀 Any NEW clients that’s booking with me for the first time , i would recommend a client consultation. 🎀IF your are booking for someone else PLEASE put their information NOT yours . All clients receives a confirmation text/email prior to appointment. 🎀Confirmations: 2 days before your appt you will receive a text and email to confirm your appointment. This lets me know that you’re still coming . PLEASE answer either notification. Fail to do so your appointment will be canceled. 🎀Deposits: NO more cash app or Apple Pay Deposits 🥳 ALL Deposits will now be required upon booking [NON-refundable] Remaining balance due at appointment in cash or your card on file. If using cash app to pay remaining balance there will be a $4 fee . Any cancelled appointments will require a new deposit. Rescheduled appointments within same month ONLY uses original deposit . 🎀Card Payment/File: The card on file upon booking will ONLY be charged for your DEPOSIT or if you choose your final payment with your card . 🎀ANY styles that has the plus sign (+) means upcharge. Ex: $65+ , $65 is the starting price . I advise the client consultation to have a set price . 🎀ALL styles are shampoo included. IF you decide to shampoo before your service PLEASE leave hair OIL-FREE . Your hair will be fully moisturized after style . 🎀All Braiding Styles are Hair included 1 and 1b only any desired color please add on in the “Add-On” category an upcharge will be added . If you decide to bring your own hair , the price will remain the same . Please bring the correct hair . Ex. Expressions pre stretched. 🎀ALL Braids 8hrs + ex: small and medium Knotless , Tribal braids , Fulani braids, small feed ins and/or ponytails would be done on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s Mornings ONLY at 8:30am . Do not pick any other style for that time it’ll be considered a priority appt if failed to add priority appt it will be added automatically. If you DO NOT want braids you CAN still book for any style just have to book starting at 10:30am . 🎀• If you want braids on any day besides Tuesday and Wednesday it’ll be considered a pretty priority appt so please book accordingly . 🎀‼️NO switching styles last min so please be careful with bookings as far as in style , length , and/or color. 🎀‼️Please read the age limits for kid styles only. Ages 3-10 🎀Time : I allow a 10 min grace period if running late (please send courtesy text) 15+ or more will result in cancellation. This is to help move accordingly. If I’m running later i will send a courtesy text. 🎀Cancellations: Please cancel within 48 hrs of your appointment If failed to do so will be charge 25% of the style if you fail to do so you will be BANNED from booking. Any cancelled appointments within the month will require a new deposit for following month. No exceptions. 🎀Bookings: I open my books the 25th of every month for the following (2) months (ex. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no shows or same day cancellations within 48 hrs of the scheduled appointment.
